One process for mail, documents, and the medical system

OUTLOOK OFFICE 365 PDF DOCUMENTS AI RECOGNITION MIS INTEGRATION
How it works

Four steps.
No manual transfer.

Lab results arrive by email, and staff must open each file, find the patient, and attach it. CureJet does that sequence for the clinic.

RECEIVING EMAIL● Read-only

Connect mail without write access.

Use a dedicated CureJet inbox or connect Outlook or Office 365. The mailbox is read-only.

How CureJet uses Google data

A Google account is used only for sign-up and sign-in. The app receives an identifier, name, and email — nothing more.

The app does not request Gmail access and does not read a Google mailbox. Lab emails arrive at a CureJet inbox or from Outlook / Office 365.

User control

You can revoke the app's Google access at any time in your Google account settings. The CureJet account and stored data are deleted from profile management.

The full description of data processing is in the Privacy policy. Personal data requests: [email protected].

Controlled access

Only the emails you need.
Only allowed actions.

The clinic chooses which laboratories can be processed. Outlook or Office 365 stays read-only.

Security and control

Clinic data stays under the clinic's control

Minimal permissions

Outlook or Office 365 asks only for mail-read permission. Google sign-in does not grant mailbox access.

2FA

Account protection

Two-factor authentication and strong password rules are supported.

Clinic data isolation

Emails, attachments, and results are available only to the account that received them.

Data deletion

Users can download their personal data or delete the account in the workspace.

How to start

Three steps to automation

Pricing depends on processed emails. After sign-up there is a trial, then pay-as-you-go or a monthly plan. Current terms appear in the workspace before you connect.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

How does CureJet receive laboratory emails?
Two ways. The clinic gives laboratories a CureJet inbox, or connects Outlook / Office 365 so CureJet reads selected lab mail without changing or deleting it.
Who receives data from the emails?
Attachments are stored in Microsoft Azure, document content is sent to an AI provider for recognition, and the result is uploaded to the clinic MIS. Data is not sold or used for ads.
Why is a Google account needed?
Only for sign-up and sign-in — the app receives an identifier, name, and email. It does not request Gmail access. More in the section about Google data use.
How do I revoke access and delete data?
Disconnect the mailbox in CureJet and revoke Google access in your Google settings. Delete the account from profile management. Full details are in the Privacy policy.
